With stunning vistas to the Shawangunks and previously an apple orchard,

the 100 acre site had been neglected for some time. Hudson Garden Studio developed a master plan that organized the site into new gardens, meadows and fields in active agriculture production. 

Areas that were disturbed have required invasive species management. 

Areas that were disturbed have required invasive species management, including phragmites around the ponds and poison ivy around the apple trees. The remnants of the orchard were pruned to restore the trees to health.
